About ADR Sentinel

What is ADR Sentinel?
ADR Sentinel is a desktop app for running and tracking mediations and settlement negotiations. It keeps every offer, demand, bracket, session, and deadline in one place, produces clean settlement summaries, and does it all on your own computer — your case data never lives on our servers.
Who is it for?
Two audiences, two editions. ADR Sentinel — Mediator is for neutrals running the mediation: track every side's movement, run blind rounds, manage multi-claimant cases, and generate settlement snapshots. ADR Sentinel — Attorney is for advocates: track your side of a negotiation, set private targets and settlement authority, and generate summaries for your client.
Which edition do I need?
If you're the neutral/mediator, get the Mediator edition. If you represent a party (plaintiff, defendant, GC, subcontractor, carrier), get the Attorney edition. They share the same foundation but are built around opposite vantage points — the Mediator app is neutral by design; the Attorney app is advocate-first and keeps your strategy private.
What kinds of cases does it handle?
Construction defect, personal injury, multi-claimant mediation, commercial, employment, first-party property, and general civil disputes — with purpose-built workflows for construction (subs, additional-insured recovery, blind rounds) and multi-claimant matters (per-claimant ledgers, group negotiations).

Launch & the waitlist

When does it launch?
ADR Sentinel is launching soon on macOS and Windows. Join the waitlist to lock the founding rate and get early access before the public launch.
What is the founding rate?
Waitlist members lock in a founding discount of 25% below list price, for as long as they stay subscribed: today that's Mediator $149/mo (regularly $199) and Attorney $59/mo (regularly $79). If list prices ever rise, your founding rate stays 25% under. Limited to the first 50 founding members per edition.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — waitlist members get a 60-day free trial with full functionality, so you can run real mediations before you decide to subscribe.
What do founding members get?
Early access before the public launch, a founding rate that stays 25% below list price for as long as you're subscribed (so it keeps its edge even if prices rise later), and the 60-day trial to prove it in real matters first.

Pricing & billing

How much does it cost?
List pricing is Mediator $199 per user / month and Attorney $79 per user / month — one straightforward monthly plan per user, no tiers or annual lock-in. Waitlist founding members pay 25% under list — $149/$59 per user, per month today — for as long as they stay subscribed.
Is it a subscription or a one-time purchase?
It's a subscription, billed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. This funds ongoing updates and support.
What happens when my trial ends, or if I cancel?
Your case files are yours and stay on your computer either way — we never hold them, so there's nothing for us to lock away. Without an active subscription the app becomes read-only: you can still open and read every case, but recording new changes requires an active subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
Because a free trial is provided to evaluate the software, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged — except where required by law or at our discretion. Cancelling stops future renewals. See the full Refund Policy.
Do you offer firm or team pricing?
Not yet — a Firm tier (shared matters and partner oversight) is on the roadmap. If you have a firm-wide need in the meantime, email us and we'll work with you.

Platforms & installation

What platforms are supported?
ADR Sentinel is launching on macOS and Windows. The Mac build is code-signed and notarized by Apple, so it installs cleanly with no security warnings.
How do updates work?
Automatically. The app checks for updates and offers to install them, so you're always on the latest version without hunting for downloads.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Your subscription licenses the app for you. To move it to a different computer, or if you work across two machines, contact support and we'll sort it out.

Privacy, security & your data

Where is my case data stored?
On your computer, in ordinary files you control. There is no ADR Sentinel cloud database of your cases.
Do you (ADR Sentinel) see my case data?
No. Your offers, demands, party names, and notes never touch our servers. We couldn't read your cases if we wanted to — they're not on our systems.
What information does leave my computer, then?
Only the minimum: a license check (to confirm your subscription is active), optional diagnostic reports if you choose to send one after a crash, and — only if you turn it on — confidential messages you deliberately send through the app.
Can I back up or sync through my own cloud?
Yes. Point the app's cases folder at any synced folder (iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive) and your cases back up and sync through your cloud account, under your control — not ours.
What if my computer crashes — do I lose my cases?
No. The app auto-saves every change with rolling backups and can rebuild a case from its working log, so a crash doesn't cost you your work.

Using the app & support

Do I need to be online?
Mostly no — you can run mediations fully offline. An internet connection is only needed for the periodic license check, sending confidential messages, and downloading updates.
Can I import and export my cases?
Yes — export any case (or all of them) to a file for backup or sharing, and import cases just as easily. Settlement summaries export as clean documents.
How do I get support?
Email support@adrsentinel.com and a real person will help — we aim to respond within 2–3 business days. There's also a searchable in-app help center with step-by-step articles.
How do I report a bug?
Right inside the app: Settings → Diagnostics → Report a bug sends us the details (with your permission) so we can fix it fast — no case data is included unless you add it.
